    Marketing is the creation and maintenance of satisfying exchange relationships. In marketing satisfying  customers is a very important part, as a matter of  fact its the most important part. Customers should be the main focus in all areas including: Planning of the process, producing the product, and distributing the product along with promotion. You need to make products that will grab the customers attention making them want that more than another brand or object. There is also different types of marketing, for example you can use marketing for sports. This includes all kinds of sports like football or hockey. You can also use it for  Entertainment which is plays, performances, and shows. You can even use it  for recreational purposes which is used for travelling, or tourism, or even amateur sports just not involving educational institutions.

    Sports Marketing is using sports for products, a good example would be Gatorade. In the Gatorade commercials they use athletes for all their new flavors or products ,because young people look up to athletes, and when they see them drinking Gatorade they will want some too. First you wanna find a target market. A target market is a specific group of people you wanna reach. You also want to research the fans spending habits. Now we go on to Marketing Strategies. Here are some strategies: Sports logos on clothing, along with the creation of new sports, gross impression and perfect timing. A everyday use of Sports logos on clothing could be fans being loyal to their team. Let's say the Jaguars are playing and Jimmy is a true fan, Jimmy will most likely wear his jersey whether or not he's going out of loyalty. Every time you see a logo of a sports team on a movie or TV show you record the image, that is exactly why they do it. The do it so when you see something some one famous is wearing you record it and automatically remember it.

     Entertainment Marketing is when you use entertainment to attract attention to other products. It can also be marketing plays,and movies, and things that people do for entertainment. Recreational Marketing is the marketing of travel, and tourism, and just mostly things that aren't associated with a educational institution. Television takes on a big influence in entertainment. In 4 years the 9 station's they begun with turned into 98 station's. Also in 1946 there were less than 7,000  TV sets and in only 50 years the number increased to 223 million sets. For entertainment I like to play sports,and go to theme parks, and I'd definitely hang out with my friends and/or family any day. The End.
